Akira Nakai - The Watercool Porsche body Artist
RAUH-Welt BEGRIFF was founded by Akira Nakai, a Porsche tuner located in Japan. On 2016, appointed Lawrence and Aaron as their New Zealand Partners. Since then they have decided to open their doors to help people who are interested in developing their air-cooled Porsche and will assist anyone wanting to transform his or her air-cooled Porsches into an RWB.
RWB combines Japanese and European tuning elements, creating the distinct RAUH-Welt style for air-cooled Porsche chassis.
Starting off as a small countryside body-shop in Chiba prefecture, Japan. RAUH-Welt 911’s are growing on both the streets and racing circuits of Japan and around the world. Nakai-san traditionally creates one RWB Porsche for each customer.
All RAUH-Welt body kits are handmade in Japan and are built very sturdily. Each RAUH-Welt Porsche is built by Nakai-san and each customer is given the utmost gratification when Nakai-san completes their build.
